Interesting merger between Brad Pitt and Natalie Portman in a movie titled Artifacts. The movie is based on a book by Leanne Shapton titled “Important Artifacts and Personal Property From the Collection of Lenore Doolan and Harold Morris, Including Books, Street Fashion and Jewelry.” Apparently Portman approached Pitt with the proposal and Plan B Production (Pitt) and Handsomecharlie Films (Portman, I can assure you the company was named after her Yorkie) along with Paramount pictures have worked up a commitment to get the film rolling. Actually I can’t wait for this one to come out, I think it will be quiet interesting if they are able to pull together the proper script out of the book. It is a story about a four year relationship between a fictitious couple, a 40 year old photographer (Hal Morris) and a 20 something food columnist’s (Lenore Doolan) affair depicted through auctioned items ranging from clothes, notes, emails, heirlooms and more. The movie is set to be a romantic comedy staring Pitt and Portman.
