If you are having trouble understanding the purpose of this movie, wonder no more. I think they have the best part of the movie on the above trailer.
Nonetheless, the movie is about a British young man (Barnes) who marries an American jazz age race car driver(Biel) on a whim. Who of course upon meeting his family, doesn’t get along with the Mum (Scott Thomas) but seems to have alot in common with the Dad (Firth). The movie is a comedy and is based on a play by Noel Coward. The film was released in the U.K. November 2008. And now it has finally made its way here and will open in theatres nationwide May 22.
