Natalie Portman at 28 will produce and act in a comedy film called Best Buds. The synopsis is about a woman who on the verge of a nervous breakdown as a result of her upcoming wedding, goes on a road trip with her decade-long best friends in order to relieve the pressure and cope with her tension.
I suppose this scenario is a good choice for young Portman to gamble on. There could very well be in audience interested in the topic, but if the topic isn’t worth anyone’s time, seeing Portman on screen smoking marijuana and laughing with some friends should be. Stay tuned as more details unfold.
