To everyone’s surprise, including Ricky Gervais, he was asked to return as host of The 2011 Golden Globes. Of course he signed on and will host the show in January.
I guess, thanks to Simon Cowell, British honesty is the best policy for network ratings. Apparently Gervais brought in the ratings for the Golden Globes last year and as a result was invited back.
Good for Gervais!!!
