Never mind the poor acting and the almost unbelievable synopsis, the movie, The Back Up Plan, is surprisingly hilarious and pretty entertaining. I was shocked when I watched it because I had no intention of doing so, but because I didn’t want to really get involved in watching a hardcore movie on a Friday night, I opted for the “no brainer”. Besides watching a movie such as The Back Up Plan after a few drinks is worth the experience no doubt.
Anyway, besides Lopez’s over the top designer clothes, shoes and perfect make up and hair for a dog shop owner, the story was good enough to keep me interested and laughing. That’s all I can say about this one. I do recommend it for all women with the biological clock ticking syndrome, and as for the rest of the moviegoers, you need to be a true Lopez fan to appreciate this movie.
