Shia LeBeouf – Keeping Diplomatic

Apparently while Shia LeBeouf is busy promoting his new film Wall Street 2, he is also busy downplaying his acting skills or shall we say “ability to deliver” his role in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull or Transformers 2, both !

According to more than one online source, he goes on to say “You can blame it on the writer and you can blame it on Steven, but the actor’s job is to make it come alive and make it work, and I couldn’t’t do it. So that’s my fault. Simple.”

“[Harrison Ford and I had] major discussions,” Shia added. “He wasn’t happy with it either.”

I am actually going to chalk this one up to being young and naive, but LeBeouf in my opinion has alot to learn about business diplomacy. There are a couple of things you don’t do in the business. 1. Bash the movie you were in 2. Discuss your inability to act or play a certain part 3. You do not ever refer to an A list actor such as Harrison Ford as your alley in the feelings you may have toward the project.

Anyway, in time he will learn how to handle himself better, even though at 23 it is always admirable to speak your mind as you think you should prior to thinking long and hard about it.
