Inception, a film by Christopher Nolan (Dark Night) is due out July 13, 2010. A film about a corporate businessman involved in a black male. There isn’t much more said about the film yet, except the fact the special affects are similar to those of Dark Night and that it is the most anticipated film of the summer. It also helps that the cast includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ellen Page, and Ken Watanabe.
Watch the trailer below to see for yourself some of the special effects. The question I have for including such effects in a “real world” film is that, as we know it, it can be a bit unrelatable and even unbelievable when done a bit overboard. Unless, of course, the special effects are used to describe vividly what exaggeration goes through one’s mind when a person is scared or in danger. I am hopeful that is the route director Nolan is using to get the point across.
Either way, I am on board as always. I enjoy DiCaprio’s work and will surely see the film.
