Here is an article in Variety Magazine Online which predicts the opening weekend movie performances for this coming weekend, April 10th. I am not surprised about their prediction for the “Hannah” Montana movie but I do wish Drangonball Evolution would come in second rather than third. Fast and Furious ranking the number 1 spot opening weekend was a fluke in my opinion and the advantage of these type of movies topping at the box office is that, movies as we all know make it or break it based on their distribution, target audiences and maybe an added bonus, just how well the special affects are. I think it is sad to rate movies according to box office performance rather than quality of work but nonetheless let’s see how the rankings pan out.
