Haven’t said much about my man Gerard Butler since his last movie with Jennifer Aniston, Bounty Hunter. Well after having an amazing few months off travelling the globe and from promoting his last film, Gerard Butler is headed to Detroit to begin work on his next film, Machine Gun Preacher.
Machine Gun Preacher is based on a true story about a preacher’s battle to save the children of Sudan. Director Marc Foster (Monster’s Ball) is also attached to the project. Filming will take place in Detroit and South Africa and the movie is due for release in 2011.
Well, hopefully with this film Mr. Butler can redeem himself after a few back to back bad movies.
