There is not a week that goes by, where I can go without talking about Clive Owen. Of course I bragged a couple of weeks ago that he was/is in my home town, San Francisco, currently filming an HBO film about Hemingway and Gellhorn.
The news now is that he has signed on to star alongside Andrea Riseborough in a spy thriller revolving around the Northern Ireland peace process in 1990. The film is based on Tom Bradby’s novel Shadow Dancer, however, the name of the film isn’t yet established. Filming will begin sometime in May this year, after The HBO film in San Francisco wraps up? (already).
Excited for the new project, I can’t wait to see the end result. The genre is Owen’s best.
